Kindly, follow the following steps for submitting the final version of your Camera-Ready Paper:

• Prepare the final camera-ready version of your paper as per IEEE template (Name paper as: Paper ID).
• Revise your paper as per reviewers’ comments and ensure plagiarism/AI contents (checked by Turnitin/iThenticate) of camera-ready paper must be below 15%.
  (a) Login to CMT account for reviewer’s comments to incorporate them in the camera-ready paper (mandatory).
  (b) Authors must incorporate header and footer as follows in the camera-ready paper:
  (i) Header: International Conference on Cognitive Computing in Engineering, Communications, Sciences and Biomedical Health Informatics (IC3ECSBHI-2026), February 12-14, 2026.
  (ii) Footer: 979-8-3315-1852-3/25/$31.00 ©2026 IEEE.
  (iii)   ● For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright

  (c) The camera-ready paper is to be submitted through CMT portal link https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/IC3ECSBHI2026 latest by 31-12-2025.
• The last date of registration is 31-12-2025. After making payment, kindly fill this google form
• Each paper must not exceed six (6) pages in IEEE format (https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html). Papers beyond 6 pages are subject to additional charges as { $25 (Foreign Authors)/ INR 1500 (Indian Authors) per extra page upto max. 8 pages}.
• IEEE Copyright Form must be submitted for each accepted paper to get it published in the IEEE Xplore.
• Validate the PDF file of camera-ready paper through PDF eXpress of IEEE https://ieee-pdf-express.org/account/login?ReturnUrl=%2F
• For each accepted paper, the authors have to do a separate registration.
• All accepted and presented papers will be submitted to IEEE for possible inclusion on IEEE Xplore subject to fulfil the IEEE guidelines.

Conference organizers are not responsible if your paper detects plagiarism or any lack in quality reported by IEEE after submission of final proceedings (camera ready copies) to IEEE. Conference organizers are responsible for the technical quality of paper on the basis of reviews obtained. It is sole responsibility of author/s if their paper detects plagiarism even in later stages of quality check. No registration fee will be refunded in any case if your paper is excluded from proceedings by the IEEE.
